You cant get much closer to the beach when buying real estate in Dunedin. In fact, many Dunedin residents walk to the beach to enjoy the heavenly Florida sunsets. St. Petersburg is a class-act all the way with historic buildings, shopping, museums, sailing, and all the charm of a sea-side community.
